You know I've actually seen this, it was one someone's facebook page. Pretty funny.

The first half definitely is a group of songs that utilize these... notes, I guess? Later he goes faster and it sounds like he's just tacking it onto everything because it just works. It's cool, though!

You're right, it became more about the rhythm than actually taking the piano sound itself. I just laughed that so many famous songs were to the same exact beat, more or less.
